Today we salute you, Mr. I Persuaded All The Women in The World That Halloween is The Holiday Where They All Have to Dress up in Slutty Outfits. I don't know how you did it, I don't know what you said, but every year I give thanks. This is the Super Bowl Weekend for celebrity skin blogs and we'll be keeping our skankdar (I don't think that's going to take off like gaydar did, but I'm sticking with it) on maximum to bring you all the best smutty celebs dressing down - or in some cases dressing up - this weekend.
